
Milton W. Brown, Jr. is the founder of the firm and focuses his practice exclusively in the field of personal injury law, with an emphasis on automobile and premises liability cases. Mr. Brown's practice is founded upon the belief that communication between attorney and client is essential to obtaining a favorable settlement or verdict. His many significant accomplishments include obtaining the first published decision in the State of New Jersey which compelled automobile insurance carriers to provide medical payments to the victims of carjackings.
Mr. Brown has lived in Gloucester County for the majority of his life. After graduating from Paulsboro High School, he attended Washington State University, where he obtained degrees in both Criminal Justice and Sociology. He then graduated from Widener School of Law. Mr. Brown currently resides in Gloucester County with his wife and three children.

Michael Tod Novick joined the Law Office of Milton W. Brown in September of 2001, and focuses his practice on personal injury and workers' compensation litigation. Mr. Novick has been certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Mr. Novick graduated from Vineland High School in 1982. He then attended American University, where he graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. After graduation, Mr. Novick attended The University of Cincinnati School of Law in Ohio. In 1990 he was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Novick has been a resident of Gloucester County, New Jersey for 19 years, first in Woodbury and now in Mantua, where he lives with his wife and two children.

William A. Colarulo, Jr. is an attorney at the Law Office of Milton W. Brown and focuses primarily on personal injury litigation. Mr. Colarulo strives at ensuring the best possible result for every client he represents.
After graduating from Bishop Eustace Preparatory School in Pennsauken, New Jersey, Mr. Colarulo obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Gettysburg College. He then attended the Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law with the sole intention of becoming a litigator to aggressively fight for the rights of those injured through the negligence of others. While in law school, Mr. Colarulo was recognized for his remarkable trial advocacy ability, receiving the prestigious "Barrister Award," given to the one student with the best overall performance in Temple's nationally renowned Trial Advocacy Program.
Mr. Colarulo is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He currently resides in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
